We knew it was coming, we saw the signs afar
Soon the bomb is falling, all destructing war

Everywhere these people, with their colored clothes
Think to seek redemption, loving all that grows.

We don't care about that, we just drink and watch
Knowing what to do, when this world collapses

We know they are missing, one essential thing:
He who has the power, he shall be king!

after the war, we found the machine
lying hidden beneath the wasteland

Those who tended gardens now bow to our needs
While we gathered weapons they were planting seeds
This is now our world

on the lands, once so green, now lies a thick cloud
we cannot life outside, we know it is their fault

but we have the machine, found beneath the earth
to rule all the world, a right given by birth

and then we placed the machine on tracks of steel
to not only rule the seas, our power they will feel

when they are enslaved, they work until they die
or else our ambiphious machine will make them fry

Five hundred feet of pure fucking steel
with weels underneath!

While this album has many higher tempo sections, it nonetheless presents imposing funeral doom. Organ, and choirs aid in delivering all the dread of the impending apocalypse, as displayed in the opening track Crossing the Burned Wasteland, which sets the listener up with a burning crescendo; only setting us up for our inevitable downfall.
